I know, right?! After the discovery call and we decide on a Way Forward, I put together this proposal for you which is what you are viewing now. The proposal provides all the information about our coaching intensive and any additional services you select as part of your package.
The payment plan is 50% of the investment is due upon signing of the contract and the remaining balance is paid in equal installments in line with your coaching intensive.
The start date is determined by how quickly you review your proposal, sign your contract and complete your intake forms and client assessments. The best way to get started as soon as possible is to provide your input as soon as it’s provided or asked for through your client portal.
The coaching intensive is six months in duration because it takes time for us to work through any breakthroughs also for you to complete the homework as we go through our session. Each person’s experience will be different and based on their needs and wants and desires.
After you become a client, a client portal is established for you. This is where you will return your forms as well as fill them out as you are able so there’s no need for you to print out or scan anything back to me.
After the contract is signed and payment is made, a link will be included as part of your welcome package. This link will be accessible in your client portal.
As part of our client-coach relationship, my job is to be familiar with your experience before our initial coaching session. Along with the information that I gained from the discovery call and our initial kickoff, help me prepare for our coaching sessions. You’re on notice..the intake forms and assessments will take some time. Please be thorough and thoughtful with your responses. If they are not, I may ask you to go back and elaborate more. The more information, the better! My job is to go through your information and to identify areas where I can help you best. The quality of your responses will help me provide you with the best possible coaching.
After the intake intake forms and assessments are complete, you will now have access to the calendar. Sessions can be scheduled per your availability and as my calendar allows. It is recommended that session appointments are scheduled two weeks apart. By spacing out your sessions, this allows time to digest the coaching session, assess your homework and any action steps identified during our time together.
Before each session, I will send a form for you to fill out. On this form, you will provide details about what you would like to discuss during our coaching session as well as any obstacles you would like strategies to work around. As your coach, I believe that you as a client have the answers. My job is to help you frame those issues in a light that allows you to effectively make decisions to come to conclusions that will help you further your development and your goals and desires.
The coaching sessions will depend on the package selected. Packages range from six to twelve coaching sessions with a kick-off call beginning and a debrief call at the conclusion of our coaching intensive.
It is recommended to have two coaching sessions per month. This will allow you to space out your coaching sessions as well as work on any action items identified during the session.
I understand that things happen. Should you need to cancel your coaching intensive, notification of cancellation shall be provided via email to hello@shamikawoodruff.com at least 15 days before the requested cancellation date.
Fifty percent of the coaching investment is due at contract signing and is non-refundable.
The coaching sessions are not recorded. however, the coach reserves to right to record any session but only after the client has provided express permission to do so.
Coaching sessions are held virtually the client will identify if they would like to meet via phone or Zoom.
The intensive will end at the time period identified in the contract. All sessions must be used by the time our coaching intensive is up for example if you selected a 6-month coaching intensive they all sessions must be completed by the end of the six-month timeframe.
As always, I would like to be involved in my client’s drive for success. After our sessions are complete, when can work together to craft an arrangement for your continued success.
