You deserve the success you want. There will always be naysayers.
You need someone to help you realize your greatness so you can achieve the success and impact your heart desires.
It’s time to stop asking yourself “Did I do the right thing?” and start saying, “I’m already doing okay. What’s the next right thing?”
I’m talking about ditching the questions that have been holding you back and finally jet propelling yourself forward into the future that’s been waiting for you all this time.
You Are No Imposter, Friend
“Did I really do okay?”
“How did that come off?”
“Am I choosing the right actions?
Here’s the thing: the voice of imposter syndrome is pretty loud. But it doesn’t take a lot of ways to quiet it down. It just takes the realization that you already have the answers inside you.
Really, it’s just that. You are already good at what you do. I’ll help you lean into those skills so you can do your craft even better.
Step by step, you’ll get to the goal you want. Before you know it, you’ll look back to where you started and yell out, “I really do have a gift!” And be proud of the gifts you nourished, cultivated, and have had all along.
Joy isn’t found in the naysayers’ voices.
It’s found within your own.
Acknowledging Inherent Abilities
“Finding” Your Purpose
Creating Ripples
of Impact
Knowing what your inherent gifts and talents are gives you the power to present and share authentically and unapologetic unapologetically with the world by doing so you grant others the same permission. This creates ripples with Inger spears of influence and will create a title wave of change.
You are worthy as you are. You are worthy to grow and thrive.
You are worthy to contribute in ways you’ve always wanted to.
Coaching The Way To Your Natural Gifts
When you assign a thought of value, whether positive or negative it affects how do you see the world. Thoughts or just those. Thoughts. Understanding what we believe why we believe it to be true (or not) forces you to question what we value. When values are in alignment with action we think and act in ways that allow us to succeed in the areas we want. The right mindset will allow you to achieve the end state you desire.
Let me walk with you to create that magic.
"Start Where You Stand"
It’s because I know that most of the time, these two things occur: people see their goal as something they’re able to achieve in one fell swoop and then when they make an attempt to their goal, they get overwhelmed by the sheer gravity of it and quit before even getting started.
But here’s the thing: You might take a bite or two of that proverbial apple and realize that’s all you can do in the moment.
That’s okay. You’re allowed to take it one bite at a time. In fact, you can nibble at it if needed. As long as you’re still working on the same apple, You’ll still get where you’re going.
See, I know without a single doubt that you are capable of whatever success looks like for you, but you won’t catch me saying that it’s easy. This kind of thing takes work.
(Hey if it didn’t, I’d be out of a job.)
So the way I see it is… if you want to step into your full truth, you have two choices.

don't just take it from me...
Shamika Woodruff provided valuable insight and thought-provoking questions that helped me pull up my own answers about what direction to go.
I appreciate her compassionate coaching style – I felt heard, while at the same time, she pushed me to move beyond the narrative that’s been keeping me stuck.
Shamika has a caring, yet firm, way about her that allows the client to open up, be heard, and to discover what is holding them back from achieving their goals.
She is a mindful listener, asks powerful questions, and is not afraid to be direct with her clients when it is needed.
I can count on both hands (probably feet too) the amount of times people have called me “too soft.” I’ve had so many bosses pull me aside and in complete earnest have said I could be successful… if only.
If only I wasn’t too soft spoken.
If only I would speak up more often.
If only I could be something I’m inherently not.
There’s this crazy assumption that people like me… soft spoken people.. Can’t be successful.
Well, I’m living proof, having graduated from one of the top military academies in the world, leading high-performance teams over an almost two-decade military career, a business owner as well as being a wife and mom that this just isn’t true. In fact, I’d like to suggest that the only way to accomplish your goals is by not altering yourself.
Too loud, too soft, too much, too little….
Those words above are projections and do nothing but keep you stagnant if you let them. I’d like to offer words that will set you on the path of more impact and overflow. You are enough as you are, gifts and all.
